Zimbabwe cricketer Heath Streak in Hospital

Heath Streak, a retired Zimbabwean cricketer, is currently battling cancer, and the sports community in Zimbabwe has requested prayers for his deteriorating health.

According to Cricbuzz, he is presently hospitalized in Johannesburg, South Africa, and his relatives are hurrying to see him from London.

Zimbabwe’s Sports Minister Kirsty Coventry on Twitter wrote, “Heath Streak is fighting for his life. His family is on their way to South Africa from the UK”

David Coltart, a former Education, Sports, Arts, and Culture Minister, also urged people to pray for Streak’s recovery, calling him one of the country’s greatest cricketers.
