Kenya – The US government has offered a $10 million (£8 million) cash reward for information regarding Mohammud Abdi Aden, the claimed mastermind of the 2019 attack on a hotel and office complex in Nairobi, Kenya,

Mr. Aden is thought to have been a member of the cell that organised the attack on the DusitD2 hotel, which claimed the lives of 22 people.

Al-Shabab, a militant organisation with roots in Somalia, claimed responsibility for the attack.

Aden is reportedly wanted along with other alleged extremists, according to the US.
