Tony Bennett’s Passing

Tony Bennett, the renowned singer who shattered generational barriers, passed away at the age of 96. Rising to fame as a crooner during the 1950s, he experienced a career resurgence in 1986 and collaborated with an impressive array of artists, ranging from the Red Hot Chili Peppers to Lady Gaga. Even at the age of 90, he confidently expressed to The New York Times, “I still insist that I can get better as I go along.”
