Second Attempt at Fort Hare

South Africa – After failing to show up for work, a University of Fort Hare employee was discovered in his Alice apartment with his hands bound and tape covering his lips.

After being discovered in his home on Wednesday by coworkers, Eastern Cape police are looking into a possible attempted murder case. The incident occurs two weeks after Professor Sakhela Buhlungu, the university’s vice chancellor, was the target of a murderous assassination attempt in the same neighborhood.
