Malcolm X’s family Plans to Sue FBI, CIA and NYC Police (watch video)

Malcolm X’s family plans to sue the FBI, CIA, and New York City police for $100 million in damages, alleging that they were involved in his assassination 58 years ago on February 21.

Malcolm X’s daughter, Ilyasah Shabazz, has accused these organizations of fraudulently concealing evidence and conspiring to assassinate Malcolm X. She has long fought for the truth about her father’s murder to come to light.

Malcolm X was a civil rights activist and the national spokesman of the Nation of Islam, which promoted black separatism. He was shot and killed at the age of 39 by three gunmen while preparing to speak at the Audubon Ballroom in Manhattan.
