Israeli Army’ s Brutal Night Raids

On a regular basis, typically from midnight to 5am, the Israeli army forcibly enters Palestinian homes throughout the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem. The soldiers, heavily armed and often disguised, arrive in groups ranging from 10 to over 100, and employ violent tactics such as blowing open doors.

All members of the household, from the young to the elderly, are abruptly awoken and held at gunpoint as soldiers ransack and vandalize their residence, subjecting them to interrogations, beatings, and photography, among other forms of mistreatment.

Tragically, there have been instances of Palestinian fatalities or injuries resulting from these military operations. The impact of these raids on Palestinian families, especially children, is deeply traumatic.
