Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently commenced their three-day tour of Nigeria with a visit to a local school, supported by their Archewell Foundation.
The couple received a warm welcome at Lights Academy in Abuja, where they took the time to chat with students12. Meghan looked chic in a tonal tiered dress, accessorizing with metallic jewelry and her brunette locks pulled back in a braided ponytail, while Harry sported a matching stone-colored shirt and linen trousers1. During their visit, they were each gifted necklaces upon arrival at the school. Later today, Harry is scheduled to meet injured service members at a military hospital.
The Sussexes’ arrival in Nigeria followed their reunion at Heathrow Airport in London. The Duchess of Sussex took a solo flight from Los Angeles to meet her husband at the airport’s VIP Windsor Suite. Subsequently, they boarded a British Airways flight to Abuja, where they arrived on the invitation of the chief of defense staff. Meghan and Harry are spending three days in Nigeria, during which they’ll also attend a training session for the charity organization Nigeria: Unconquered, collaborate with the Invictus Games, and co-host an event on Women in Leadership with Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, the director-general of the World Trade Organization.
On the last day of their visit, they’ll participate in a basketball camp with Giants of Africa, attend a cultural reception, and join a polo fundraiser for Nigeria:
