Bayern Player Punched by Team Mate

Following Bayern Munich’s loss to Manchester City in the Champions League, Sadio Mane, who used to play for Liverpool, was observed engaged in a heated argument with his teammate Leroy Sane on the pitch.

Afterwards, it was reported that Mane punched Sane in the face, causing his lip to bleed. The altercation had to be broken up by other players in the dressing room. Mane and Sane traveled back to Munich separately, with Mane being picked up separately and Bayern Munich have chosen not to comment on the matter.

Mane had moved to Bayern Munich last summer on a three-year contract after enjoying a successful career with Liverpool, while Sane spent four years with City before joining Bayern in 2020.
