Award Winning Actress’ House Up For Auction

South Africa Terry Pheto’s Johannesburg residence, which belongs to the award-winning actress, is up for auction following a preservation order granted to the Asset Forfeiture Unit.

The order froze Pheto’s Bryanston home, as the Special Investigating Unit linked the funds used to build the property to the embezzlement of money from the National Lottery Commission.

Allegedly, the funds came from a non-profit organization that received NLC funding for a public health campaign. The property and home’s estimated total value is R5 million. Pheto’s legal team has stated that they will not challenge the preservation order.
