Asia is freezing

China and South Korea have seen record-low temperatures due to the freezing weather in North Asia, and Japan is set for blizzards.

This cold weather that is anticipated to last into this week, the temperature in Mohe, northern China, dipped to a record-low -53C (-64F) on Sunday, and the capital of South Korea registered -16C on Tuesday. According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, heavy snowfall may continue through Thursday across northern and western Japan.
