Anxiety and children

What Children Say to Show Anxiety: Some Thoughts Children are just endearing, and they have the most endearing methods of interacting with the ones they most trust. By paying close attention to what they have to say, you can establish trust with them. When you hear any of the remarks like I want to go home, I don’t want to go out, my head aches or my tummy aches you will be able to discern the signs and realize that it is time to take action.

The best course of action for parents is to maintain open channels of communication. You may win your child’s trust in this way. It’s normal to feel anxious, and we’ve all experienced it when we’ve been in their position. The least we can do is to treat them with kindness, equity, and unwavering insight when it comes to their child’s problems.
